My Chris is 12 today. Wow! Where did that time go? He was mostly a pleasant, happy little boy - calm and placid. He has grown into a generally lovely and polite young man. I can honestly say that I am proud to be his mum. He had a friend to sleep over last night, and they went to a fellow schoolfriend's birthday shindig. Yet they were all up at dawn this morning. Thomas also had a friend to stay, and though his friend got some sleep, Thomas didn't. He was determined to stay awake all night, and he pretty much did.
The sun is shining today, and my boys presented me with some chocolates, natch, and some daffies and jonquil. Lovely. I have, however, forgotten to get a joint for lunch. Oops!
