Proud Parent Moment

This boy has made us very proud this evening. We have just been to his first Parents' Evening at his new school, and we were overwhelmed by what we heard. He is, apparently, very mature for his age - his previous school said that he was very immature. His handwriting is fantastic. It's beautiful, with a slightly cursive look to it. His teacher said that he listens well, responds well, and has a wonderfully expressive voice when reading aloud. I was stunned, to be honest. We knew that he was settling in, but we didn't expect the report to be this good. I am very full of happy this evening.
