I'm so bad at blogging...

It's been almost a month...

It's a lovely sunny day here today - I've been into town to get some bits 'n' bobs, and now I shall settle down with a coffee and update.

The car.
Well, the new vehicle is proving brilliant! Ian has bought a trailer, and the last two weekends has been backwards and forwards to the tip, clearing the garden.

Ace just lurves her space!

The boys love being so high up.

Me

I have started attending Tae Kwon Do with the boys - I need to lose weight and get fit. Mrs Smith finally persuaded me to join in, and I'm really enjoying it. However, I have already sustained my first injury - a hairline fracture to the top of my foot. Thanks sir! (You know who you are)

We are all well (apart from the foot) and looking forward to half-term, next week. Ian has informed me that we are off somewhere, and he has arranged kennels for the dog. The boys are going to Mum and Dad's for a few days. I wonder where we are going?

Actually, I know where we are going - Ian thought he had better tell me, after the almost-disaster with Finland**. We are off to Luxembourg! To stay in a 4* country hotel with a Michelin -starred restaurant. Looking forward to this I can tell you!

Chris seems to have really settled in to life at Bucklers Mead - he is amassing commendations at a rate of knots! Thomas has eased himself back into school life as only Thomas knows how. He has made a decent start - housepoints are beginning to flood in, but he really needs to work on his listening!

Random picture is a scrapbook page I made after sports day in July:

**They had 12" of snow, I had packed strappy sandals and floaty clothes! Thank goodness for gloves and scarves bought at Heathrow!
