The Pain!

We had TKD tonight - Thomas has decided that he doesn't want to take part for the time being, so just Chris and I went along. OMG!!!! I hurt in places I didn't know existed. We had a marathon linework session, and then a major sparring session. Now, I love sparring, but even I was flagging. Still, it's good for the fitness.

The boys and I took Ace up to Mudford Rec this morning - it was cold and foggy, but we had a good charge about. Ace even found a puddle!

We then pootled into town to open the boys new bank accounts - that took a bit longer than we anticipated, but we got it sorted eventually.
