I raced for life!!

The weather dawned clear and sunny this morning - a good omen for my first attempt at the Race for Life. I had a fantastic morning, and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I even managed to run across the finish line! I hadn't arranged to meet Bev and her sisters at the start, but there they were in front of me! We giggled our way round the course, skipping, walking, jogging and generally enjoying ourselves. That's not to say we didn't exert ourselves, because we did, and now I'm sitting here with my medal around my neck! Many, many heartfelt thanks to all those who sponsored me, I had a blast!
