Something to sit on.

We are currently sitting on picnic chairs. This is because I gave away our sofa and sofa-bed on Freecycle yesterday. This is because we purchased a chocolate-brown leather suite. It comprises a 3-seater, a 2-seater, an armchair and a footstool. Webought it from the Old Cinema Bed Centre in Yeovil - if you're local, and in the market for new beds/lounge furniture, I would heartily recommend them. The service was great, the price was fab, and they are delivering on Tuesday. So it meant that we had to somehow dispose of our two sofas. I posted them on Freecycle at 1.15pm, and by 4pm, they'd been collected.

I just want to have a bit of a moan about Freecycle - when you post something as being available, it's up to you whether it's first-come first-served, or a random thing as to who you give it to. I don't expect to get snotty emails from people because they didn't happen to be at their PC when my ad went out. It's not my problem. I just want to get rid of my stuff as quickly as possible.

The weather has been horrid this week. Rain, wind, cold......the heating went on last night!!

It's a busy week this week. On Wednesday, Chris is spending the day at Bucklers Mead - I'm more nervous than he is.
