What a trip!

I'm feeling more human today, so here's a synopsis of our trip. Phoenix, Tombstone, Tucson, Dateland, San Diego, Lake Havasu City, Holbrook, Monument Valley, Four Corners, Gallup, Holbrook, Payson, Flagstaff, Phoenix.

In Lake Havasu City (LHC) the temperature peaked at 115 degrees F! That was the day I had to visit a doctor because of an ear infection.

In Holbrook we stayed at the Wigwam Motel - that was where Ian had to visit a doctor because he had lost his anti-epilepsy tablets.

A pic of Monument Valley:

In Tucson we encountered the most amazing 'monsoon' storm - and swam soon afterwards.

In Payson we attended a rodeo - FANTASTIC!!!!!!
A pic of a bullrider in Payson:

In San Diego, we stayed at Ocean Beach, where after 9pm you couldn't get a coffee, but you could get 'weed'. Oh, and we surprised the boys with a trip to Legoland. Here's a pic of the view from our balcony:

We have had a great time -I managed to do some scrapstash shopping, the boys went to see The Simpsons Movie, and we even swam in the Colorado River! I'm ready to go again now.
